The Prax Group has appointed Oliver Dunn as Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. With over 18 years of oil and gas M&A experience, Oliver has worked on a wide range of transactions involving major IOCs, NOCs, small-cap, Governments, private equity and infrastructure players across the oil and gas value chain, with a core focus on downstream and midstream markets.
More recently, Oliver was a partner at HitecVision, Europe’s leading private equity investor, focused on the upstream offshore oil and gas industry. Prior to that he was an M&A director at EY (one of the largest professional services networks in the world) headquartered in London, advising clients on international oil and gas transactions.
